These Terms and Conditions and any amendments thereto and all sales conducted by the Company shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of Greece. For any dispute that may arise with regard to the execution and interpretation of any purchase of a product, according to the Terms, the Courts of Thessaloniki are defined as exclusively competent.
